Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Sr. Inventory Management Specialist positions in Baytown, TX. The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer and have access to all our Adecco Perks Perks: u00b7 Shift: Monday u2013 Friday, 7:00 AM u2013 4:00 PM u00b7 Weekly paycheck u00b7 Pay: $18.00 u2013 $22.00 (depends on experience) u00b7 3-month contract with potential to convert u00b7 Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: u00b7 Perform inventory replenishment, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, returns, and backorder processing using handheld RF scanners and mobile applications u00b7 Receive, inspect, scan, store, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure materials move efficiently from dock to desk u00b7 Own customer interactions by responding primarily via email, following up by phone, and assisting internal partners to resolve issues and build trust u00b7 Monitor inventory levels, identify gaps or discrepancies, and proactively prevent operational disruptions u00b7 Maintain safety and organization standards by following site guidelines and wearing required PPE u00b7 Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to identify and implement process improvements Requirements: u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent u00b7 2u20133 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, retail stocking, or customer-facing material handling roles u00b7 Experience using RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning tools and basic Microsoft Office applications u00b7 Strong written and verbal English communication skills, especially for email-based customer interactions u00b7 Ability to lift 30u201340 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and use equipment such as pushcarts and forklifts u00b7 Comfortable working independently at customer sites and moving between on-site buildings (reliable transportation required; vehicle must have active tags) This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.
