Description Summary: Requires an energetic, motivated and dedicated sales professional to make outbound calls to potential customers, current customers and past customers. The incumbent is responsible for growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrolling customers. Responsibilities: u2022Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided) u2022Managing leads by tracking and following up on them u2022Conducting sales presentations via the phone and internet u2022Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan u2022Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics Position Success Criteria: u2022The successful candidate must fully embrace Commitment to Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration, Empowerment, Innovation and Customer Centric focus. u2022Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively. The successful candidate will have the ability to break goals down into small pieces and effectively meet/exceed them. u2022The successful candidate will be open and receptive to coaching and feedback geared to improve sales performance. Must have outbound experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miramar, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
