Job Title: Driver / Warehouse Support Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Driver / Warehouse Support team member to join our team. This role involves local and regional driving, material handling, facility upkeep, and general warehouse support. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable supporting both transportation and hands-on warehouse operations. Responsibilities + Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups throughout the Reading area. + Complete regional trips as needed, with the furthest travel being Maryland (up to a 6-hour round trip). + Perform recycling runs and junk skid runs. + Transport raw materials and finished parts to and from the shop floor. + Pick up supplies from Samu2019s Club and other vendors, including lunchroom snacks and beverages. + Maintain accurate communication regarding deliveries, pickups, and schedules. + Assist with shifting materials and finished parts within the facility. + Keep the warehouse clean, neat, and well organized. + Use a leaf blower to maintain clean and presentable outdoor property areas. + Support general warehouse housekeeping as needed. + Stock lunchroom cooler and snack shelves. + Detail and clean company vehicles regularly. + Report any vehicle or equipment issues to the Warehouse Manager. Essential Skills + Valid driveru2019s license with a clean driving record. + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on organization and cleanliness. + Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks. + Strong time management and organizational skills. + Excellent communication skills. + Ability to work independently and follow instructions. + Tow motor / forklift certification (required or must be willing to obtain). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and parts as required. + Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. + Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of READING, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
