Senior DevSecOps Architect

Job Description Architect and maintain AI-enhanced CI/CD pipelines with advanced SAST/DAST Secure end-to-end AI workflows, including data ingestion and model protection Build AI-driven automation for security triage and remediation Implement and enforce enterprise security policies using Policy as Code Lead threat modeling and red team exercises for cloud-native and AI systems Develop secure u201cGolden Pathsu201d and self-service tooling for engineering teams Partner with DevOps, Security, and Leadership to balance speed and security Continuously innovate in AI-for-Security and Security-for-AI initiatives We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in DevSecOps leadership roles Expert-level Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi) Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Deep hands-on integration of SAST, DAST, SCA, and Secret Scanning into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) Proven experience securing MLOps pipelines and AI-integrated APIs Strong programming skills in Python, Go, and/or Bash Advanced threat modeling experience, including AI-specific threats (model inversion, data poisoning) Experience implementing Policy as Code (OPA) across multi-cloud environments AI-driven SOAR and automated remediation experience Experience with LLM guardrails and AI-native application security Deep observability experience with eBPF, Prometheus, Datadog, or Dynatrace Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder influence Degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent experience)
