Transformation COE (Center of Excellence) Associate PMOUNTJP00001120 Hourly pay: $30/hr Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Nashville, TN 37201 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Transformation COE (Center of Excellence) Associate to support enterprise change initiatives by driving the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools. This role focuses on executing change strategies, communicating updates, and enabling stakeholders through training and engagement to ensure smooth transitions across business operations. Transformation COE (Center of Excellence) Associate Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of change management strategies for digital products, financial systems, automation tools, and process improvements, including assessing change impacts, business readiness, and identifying adoption risks with mitigation plans. Partner with cross-functional teams (GBO, Technology, Operations, Finance, HR) to embed change activities into project plans and ensure alignment across stakeholders and business units. Develop and deliver clear, targeted communications that explain changes across multiple channels (newsletters, FAQs, intranet, briefings, town halls), maintaining consistent messaging throughout the program lifecycle. Create and support training and user enablement materials (guides, workshops, e-learning, videos), and participate in live change experiences such as trainings, webinars, and hosted sessions to drive engagement and adoption. Build relationships with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and feedback sessions, and coach leaders and managers to reinforce change adoption and shared ownership across teams. Track adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and analyze sentiment to identify improvement opportunities, providing recommendations to enhance change strategies, training effectiveness, and overall implementation outcomes. Transformation COE (Center of Excellence) Associate Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in change management, transformation, consulting, or organizational development within financial services or technology organizations. Background in education/teaching, learning & development, marketing, public relations, communications, or operational/administrative roles. Experience creating training materials and delivering training sessions to support system or process adoption. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support change strategies. Experience supporting large-scale system implementations (e.g., ERP, financial systems, automation tools) is preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, cross-functional environments (Technology, Finance, Operations, Compliance), and data or financial systems is a plus. Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. #PP
