This leader ensures a functional, attractive,and welcoming campus byexpertly managing preventive and corrective maintenance, capitalprojects, regulatoryinspections, and vendor services. The Facilities Manager activelysupervises Maintenance JobTrainees and collaborates with programs, staff, volunteers, and outsidecontractors to deliveroutstanding facility support.What Youll Do? Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across building systemsand trades,maintaining a rolling preventive maintenance calendar and work order log? Manage all building systems to uphold campus standards and ensureuninterruptedoperations? Meet a 48-hour service-level target for standard work orders andsame-day responsefor urgent issues, documenting updates via email or phone? Maintain campus condition and appearance standards to support aconsistent sense oforder and stability for residents, staff, and visitors? Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance logging toachieveasset reliability? Work with the Director of Operations on capital projects and leadrenovations and repairsfrom scope development to completion, ensuring they are on time andwithin budget? Interview, supervise, train, and coach Maintenance Job Trainees todevelop their skillsand ensure safe, quality work, and support them in their efforts to findfull-timeemployment? Oversee vendor relationships from procurement through work qualitychecks and invoicevalidation? Develop scopes, solicit competitive bids when feasible, and validateinvoices againstdeliverables, timelines, and warrantiesOur House Inc. PO Box 34155, Little Rock, AR 72203 (501) ? Develop project details and scopes for use in grant applications andmaster plans alignedto organizational objectives? Plan and deliver assigned renovation and rehabilitation projects fromscope throughcloseout, coordinating schedules with programs to minimize disruption? Coordinate and maintain documentation of all required safety, health,fire, and regulatoryinspections; drive prompt and thorough follow-up on any findings? Keep accurate records on maintenance, rehabilitation, repairs, andprojects; provide aconcise monthly facilities update for leadership? Systematize and document facilities processes, policies, andchecklists for consistent,high-quality operations? Collaborate cross-functionally with programs and external partners tominimizedisruption and support programming needs? Lead or collaborate on volunteer projects related to campusimprovements or repairs? Provide concise, relevant updates and reports to the Director ofOperations, highlightingkey accomplishments and emergin g needs? Uphold and model the mission and values of Our House in allinteractions with clients,staff, vendors, and community members? Assist the Director of Operations and the Operations Team inmaintaining campusoperations, including campus safety and security?
