The Senior Full Stack Developer position is responsible for developing and styling new and existing web-based applications. The projects will center around the functionality for the companyu2019s external web sites, intranet portal, and mobile applications. The position will also involve handling support requests, interfacing with customers, and collaborating with team members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Collaborate with business users and all levels of management to understand requirements/issues/challenges and translate them into user-centric solutions. + Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services; manage database schemas and ensure scalability and security. + Build reusable UI components and maintain internal design patterns to ensure a consistent user experience across applications. + Integrate frontu2011end applications with RESTful and data APIs, ensuring reliable data handling and error states. + Participate in architecture and design discussions for both frontu2011end and backu2011end components. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues spanning frontu2011end, API, and data layers. + Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Qualifications The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: + Strong skills in front end web development with a solid understanding of accessible HTML and responsive CSS. + Have a focus on common UI/UX research and design practices. + 5 years of experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. + 3 years of experience with modern front-end frameworks (preferably React). + 3 years of experience with back-end languages (preferably Python). + Proficient with TypeScript u2014 experience in production codebases preferred. + Proficient with Git version control, including branching strategies and code review workflows. + Ability to work with SQL/NoSQL databases including writing queries, designing schemas, or diagnosing performance issues. + Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, or SSO integrations. + Proficient with creating and consuming RESTful services. + Experience with implementing responsive design. + Ability to take a visual design and develop an engaging, polished front end. + Experience writing automated tests (e.g., Jest, Pytest, Cypress, or similar frameworks). + Preferred Skills: + Experience with SASS or SCSS. + Experience with Node.js + Experience with TypeScript. + Experience with Docker or container-based development workflows. + Experience with git. + Experience with WCAG / ADA guidelines. + Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines. + Experience with React Native or similar mobile application development Primary Location : USA-Texas-Houston : Shift : Day Job Travel : No Job Posting : Unposting Date : Ongoing Organization : Info Tech Job : Information Technology Job Level : Individual Contributor Req ID: 000GMK
