Position Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our CoStar Marketing team in Arlington, VA office. As a member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with product marketing managers, executives, sales leaders, product teams, subject matter experts, and developers to successfully design collateral as well as campaigns that support our growing international brand. You will be responsible for concepts, high-quality designs, graphics, mock-ups and layouts for print, video, digital and interactive marketing materials to create a unified brand visual voice. You will work in various channels for internal and external marketing efforts. You will work in a team with fellow designers, developers, marketing managers, and senior executives. This role will be onsite based out of our offices in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities u00b7 Deliver designs from concept through deployment. u00b7 Design for a variety of channels including social, collateral, email, video, web and direct mail. u00b7 Partner with creative lead, marketing stakeholders, and channel specialists to deliver beautiful, functional, conversion-focused creative. u00b7 Create and execute concepts for digital advertising (Static, Video, and HTML5) for a range of platforms. u00b7 Design elegant presentations in PowerPoint. u00b7 Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production. u00b7 Work with vendors to execute production of print assets. u00b7 Ensure all assets meet technical requirements, brand standards, and accessibility fundamentals (e.g., alt text, legible type sizes on small ad units). u00b7 Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time. Qualifications u00b7 Minimum of 6-8 years of ad agency, marketing department, or design studio experience with print, digital, video, and interactive experience. u00b7 Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects. u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication, and able to present and rationalize creative decisions rooted in performance outcomes. u00b7 Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities, ship fast, and maintain high creative standards under tight timelines. u00b7 Expert level understanding of PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides. u00b7 Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. u00b7 Must be comfortable following design direction and implementing changes, while producing high quality designs and meeting tight deadlines. u00b7 Experience working with printers, developers, videographers/photographers, and other vendors.
