Why You'll Love ThisRole We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Product Manager tofocus on Cribl's Pipeline Generation Systems portfolio. This is ahigh-impact AI innovation role focused on finding and scaling practicalways AI can increase pipeline across Marketing and Sales. You willpartner closely with business stakeholders to shape the roadmap for thesystems, workflows, and data foundations behind lead capture,prioritization, routing, attribution, personalization, andorchestration. Sitting at the intersection of go-to-market strategy,enterprise systems, and AI innovation, you will help turn promisingideas into measurable business outcomes. This role reports to the Sr.Director, Enterprise Applications. As An Active Member Of Our Team, YouWill... As Sr. Product Manager - Pipeline Generation Systems, you willbe the product owner for a portfolio of capabilities that directlyinfluence top-of-funnel effectiveness, data quality, and GTM execution.Your key responsibilities will include: AI Innovation Strategy forPipeline Generation: Define and execute a compelling product vision androadmap centered on how AI can materially increase pipeline, improveseller focus, and make GTM execution more intelligent across leadcapture, prioritization, routing, attribution, and account-basedmotions. AI Use Case Discovery & Facilitation: Partner withMarketing, SDR, Sales, and RevOps stakeholders to identify high-value AIopportunities, facilitate tradeoff discussions, and translate businesspain points into practical experiments, product requirements, andscalable delivery plans. Account Prioritization, Personalization &Orchestration: Drive roadmap investments that help Cribl identify, rank,and activate against the highest-value accounts through AI-assistedaccount scoring, richer account context, seller-facing insights, andscalable personalization workflows. Lead-to-Account, Routing & DataQuality Foundations: Own the product strategy for the data and workflowpatterns that ensure leads and accounts are matched, normalized,enriched, and routed correctly, recognizing that strong AI outcomesdepend on trustworthy underlying data and process design. MarketingAttribution & Campaign Intelligence: Partner with Marketing and RevOpsleaders to improve how Cribl measures the impact of campaigns and demandprograms, while also advancing more intelligent ways to connectengagement signals, campaign-member data, and opportunity creation. Vendor & Platform Evaluation: Evaluate and operationalize external toolsand internal capabilities that expand Cribl's AI-enabled pipelinegeneration portfolio, including enrichment, hierarchy management,prioritization, orchestration, and personalization platforms, whileensuring sound governance and architectural fit.
