Apply NowJob Description
Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Partner Platform design team. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the experiences that power Intuit's partner ecosystem; the channel through which VARs, accountants, and ISVs sell, implement, and support Intuit's Mid-Market products. Success in this role means partners spend less time navigating fragmented systems and more time growing their practices and delivering value to their clients, enabled by the experiences you've designed. The right candidate has a passion for simplifying complexity in multi-stakeholder ecosystems and a strong ability to craft intuitive experiences for technically sophisticated users. You'll be part of a larger design organization that champions innovative solutions and influences industry standards, bridging the gap between Intuit's partner programs, sales motions, and the technology that enables them. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to drive roadmap decisions and priorities grounded in deep partner insight. We foster a deeply collaborative environment where candid and constructive feedback is central to our process. We believe that by challenging and supporting each other, we not only improve our work but also grow stronger as a team. If you are driven to solve complex problems and design the future of partner experiences for Intuit's growing VAR, accountant, and ISV ecosystem, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities + Lead End-to-End Partner Workflows: Lead the design of complex workflows for our partner ecosystem that spans onboarding, co-sell, deal registration, incentives, enablement, and performance reporting. You will conduct and apply research on partner operations to identify and address critical friction points, delivering a comprehensive and positive partner experience from activation to renewal. + Innovate with AI: Design and champion solutions that incorporate AI and automation to address core challenges in partner management. You will help develop AI-driven tools and workflows that reduce manual processes, surface actionable insights, and enable partners to operate more efficiently within the Intuit ecosystem. + Design a Unified Partner Experience: Work with design, product, engineering, and data science to own a connected and consistent experience across partner-facing surfaces. This includes the Partner Portal, Partner Intelligence Platform, Global Partner Program tier framework, and co-sell tooling. Your goal will be to ensure partners have the right information and capabilities at the right time, presented clearly and intuitively. + Execute with Craft: Deliver high-quality design solutions through rapid prototyping, partner feedback, and iteration. You will create journey maps, wireframes, interaction models, and user interfaces that reflect a deep understanding of the partner archetype (PDMs, PCSMs, accountants, VARs, and ISVs). + Leverage Data: Use data-driven insights from analytics and partner research to guide design decisions, ensuring your solutions are grounded in partner needs and aligned with the VAR channel's strategic growth targets. + Champion Design: Act as an advocate for partner-centered design, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement through compelling storytelling and effective communication with stakeholders across the partner ecosystem team. Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX design. + A compelling portfolio showcasing your work on complex, technology-driven solutions and your ability to simplify them into intuitive and elegant user experiences. + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. + Proven success in leading design projects from planning and scoping through execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. + Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. + Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries, with an ability to contribute to and extend them for consistency across product surfaces. + Expertise in applying user-centered design (UCD) processes and systems thinking across web and mobile platforms. + Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design strategies and rationale through envisioning and storytelling. + Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to synthesize complex information and envision innovative design solutions.
