Job Description

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. This role acts as an information and communication manager for the office. Responsibilities + Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. + Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. + File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. + Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. + Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. + Support two General Managers and their organizations, totaling around 75 employees, by providing high-level administrative and operational support. + Manage calendars for two General Managers, handle expense management, and support new employee onboarding. + Provide day-to-day operational support, including proactive issue identification and morale support. + Support fast-paced teams within Azure AI and Modern Work Security organizations. Essential Skills + 5-7+ years of experience supporting leaders (GM-level preferred). + Proven experience managing multiple executive calendars simultaneously. + Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues, manage ambiguity, and think on their feet. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and keep information organized and confidential. + Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. + Proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or GED required. + Experience working with executives highly preferred. Work Environment This position is based in Redmond, WA, with a hybrid work schedule requiring three days per week onsite. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours, with some overtime expected. The role offers a chance for extension through the full 18-month assignment term. A standard equipment setup will be provided by the supplier. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
