Now is your chance to join the Team and Raise The Bar!Job DescriptionYour Role at Raising Cane’s:The Regional Leader of Recruiting is responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant management positions and providing strategic support for crewmember hiring within a specific region. This role is also responsible for leading a team of Area Leaders of Recruiting. This role partners directly with Regional Business Unit Team leadership to assess hiring needs, execute near and long-term strategies to ensure all new restaurants open fully staffed and all existing Restaurants maintain optimal staffing levels.The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Leads a team of field-based recruiters, providing strategic direction and leading the development and execution of plans for regional staffing effortsMonitors regional recruitment reports and ensures the regional recruiting team is meeting or exceeding performance standardsHires, trains, and develops all field-based recruiter positions within the assigned regionEstablishes and maintains talent market expertise including comprehensive view of regional trends and competitor best practicesCertifies that all regional recruiting and employment actions are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and proceduresSources and attracts internal and external candidates to fill current and future open roles to coincide with the organization’s growth strategyEvaluates incoming applications and actively sources passive candidates to select management talent that aligns with the company management profile and cultureLeads the New Restaurant Opening (NRO) crewmember hiring strategy ensuring successful hiring and onboarding to meet staffing needsDevelops market and regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts in the regionLeads the restaurant management recruiting process to ensure consistency across all marketsOwns the recruitment planning and talent selection process for the assigned regionBuilds the company employment brand and increases the presence within the communities through partnerships with universities, networking organizations, community-based organizations, vendors, etcDevelops annual recruiting support plans for the region to be reviewed and adjusted as neededCultivates strong work working relationships with regional leadership and supports teams ensuring recruiting efforts are aligned with Business Unit goals and objectivesProvides detailed regional staffing updates on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basisWorks cross functionally to ensure alignment with company goals and creates comprehensive plans and strategies for sourcing external talentQualificationsRequirements for Success:5+ years of recruitment experience; restaurant experience preferredExperience leading field-based recruiting teams preferred Experience working for a multi-unit restaurant, retail or hospitality company preferredExperience working in restaurants preferredDetail-oriented, organized and able to manage constantly changing priorities Self-driven, flexible, and highly energeticStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyAble to recognize problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problemsStrong work ethic and “hands on” approachExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and empower crewmembers and leaders at all levels of the organizationProficient with a variety of technology systems and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quicklyDemonstrated proficiency in a leadership role with an ability to coach and develop all levelsAble to work a varied schedule related to business needs including days, evenings and weekendsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAble to travel up to 50% and required to live within assigned regionPossess a valid driver’s licenseAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Terms of UsePrivacy PolicyCandidate Privacy NoticeIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
