This large‑scale, multi‑unit leadership role directs a diverse organization of 22 salaried leaders—including a Unit Controller, HR, Marketing/Communications, Training, multiple Directors, and Executive Chefs—along with 550+ hourly associates, all aligned in delivering exceptional service and operational consistency.Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the Area Director provides boots‑on‑the‑ground, hands‑on leadership while driving financial performance, talent development, and program innovation.
