Box Office Team Member - Allianz Amphitheater

THE JOB Allianz Amphitheater is seeking a Box Office Representative who will assist guests at live events by performing duties, such as processing ticket sales and ticket upgrades, reissuing tickets, collecting admission tickets and passes from guests, managing a will call ist, and assisting guests with ticket-related and venue-related questions.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOSell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events.Greet guests attending events who come to the box office.Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued..Assist guests with ticketing issues t the ticket resolution tableInform guests of the layout of the venue and be prepared to direct them.Know how identify a fake ticket or credential and educate the guest on where to buy authentic tickets.Settle seating disputes or help solve other guest concerns.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredMust be 18 years of age or olderComputer proficiencyAttention to detail, quality, and accuracyStrong relationship building and communication skillsAbility to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills
