Job Description

We're actively looking for aRevenue Operations Manager to support our sales development team. Primary responsibilities will include improving business processes, running analysis, and leading planning for the SDR organization. Integral part of GTM organization, key role in pipeline generation. Projects run by this role have a major impact on revenue.To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be highly-organized, collaborative, and a dynamic self-starter.Responsibilities: Strategy and Execution Partner: Own day-to-day operational support across Grafana’s Sales Development team.Share insights: Define and measure health metrics for the marketing-to-sales handoffProvide structure for scale: Develop reliable business processes to fit rapid growthDe-risk GTM investment: Provide long-term vision to leaders by guiding planningInform decision making: Prepare analysis and recommendations for new initiatives Looking for a candidates with a: Track record of forming strong relationships: Leverage in this role is created by working proactively with peers and stakeholdersPassion for building systems: Our growth outpaces manual effort, finding scale is a necessityInnate curiosity: Comfortable with a steep learning curve, can seek out information and become an expert in your subject areasCourage to ask why: Looking for fresh perspectives, especially those that challenge existing processStrong sense for prioritization: Ops teams have a broad mandate, important to spend time on the highest impact projects Requirements 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, business/revenue operations roles.Highly proficient in Excel or Google SheetsHighly proficient in Powerpoint or Google SlidesExperience with Salesforce and understanding of database fundamentalsExperience with LeanData or lead routing modelsExperience with SQL preferredExcellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skillsAbility to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize responsibilitiesStrong written and verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearlyExcellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness In the United States, the OTE compensation range for this role is $115,000 - 140,000 Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
