The Learning & Development Operations Specialist supports and enhances firmwide learning initiatives through program coordination, systems management, reporting, and operational support. Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.Lead operational coordination and execution of enterprise learning and development initiatives across multiple offices and business unitsManage learning operations including scheduling, communications, program logistics, vendor coordination, resource planning, and learner supportServe as a strategic partner to leaders and stakeholders regarding learning timelines, participation, development planning, and program requirementsOwn and maintain learning data, reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and training compliance metrics to support leadership decision-makingAnalyze participation trends, learner engagement, and program effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvementSupport the administration, optimization, and enhancement of learning management systems (LMS) and related technologiesDevelop and maintain standardized processes, documentation, and operational workflows for learning initiatives and programsPartner with cross-functional teams to support communication strategies, change management efforts, and rollout plans for new learning programs, systems, or initiativesEnsure training records, certifications, and compliance-related learning activities are accurately tracked and maintainedSupport leadership development, onboarding, technical training, and firmwide professional development initiativesCoordinate and facilitate large-scale or multi-location learning events, workshops, and virtual training sessionsBuild strong relationships and trust with cross-functional partners including People & Culture (HR), Internal Communications, Business Development, Marketing, Safety, Project Delivery, and Design TechnologyIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, learner experience, reporting accuracy, and program scalabilityBachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)3-6 years of experience supporting learning operations, talent development, people operations, HR programs, or organizational development initiativesStrong operational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics related to learning, engagement, participation, or workforce development metricsAdvanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationExperience administering learning management systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, or other employee development technologies preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and other reporting or collaboration toolsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionComfort supporting enterprise-wide or multi-location learning initiatives in a fast-paced environmentWe offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
