Job Description At Oracle Health, weu2019re building the future of healthcare - cloud-native Healthcare Solutions with AI at their core, designed to operate at nation-scale. We are modernizing Electronic Health Record and Revenue Cycle Management systems using LLMs and AI agents, helping clinicians focus more on patients and less on administrative burden. Weu2019re looking for highly skilled AI engineers to design and build high-scale, cloud-based data processing pipelines that ingest, transform, and analyze massive volumes of healthcare data with low latency, powering business insights and analytics across EHR and RCM systems. You will leverage LLMs, AI agents, and modern data platforms to solve problems like clinical decision support, revenue optimization, and workflow automation while using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery. Key Responsibilities u2022 Design and develop scalable data pipelines and AI-driven workflows. u2022 Build LLM/agent-based solutions for business use cases (revenue leakage, readmissions, automation). u2022 Own end-to-end features from data ingestion through transformation and on to insights. u2022 Optimize systems for performance, scale, and low latency. u2022 Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design decisions. Qualifications: u2022 BS/MS in in Computer Science or equivalent. u2022 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience. u2022 Strong software engineering skills in Python/Java. u2022 Strong knowledge of SQL. u2022 Deep expertise in data engineering: ETL, data transformation, data modeling (Spark, SQL) u2022 Experience building high-scale distributed data systems. u2022 Cloud experience (OCI/AWS/Azure). u2022 Demonstrated competence as a Technical Lead / System Design of a non-trivial SaaS/IaaS project spanning multiple functional areas. u2022 Demonstrated competence in taking ambiguous functional and/or product requirements and partitioning them based on functional alignment. u2022 Experience with working with technical partners to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable technical requirements and per-component designs. u2022 Experience with owning all aspects of the development, characterization and deployment of features spanning multiple components. u2022 Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks. u2022 Experience with blending hands-on coding with smart adoption of AI-driven solutions to rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and deliver reliable code. u2022 Experience using the ChatGPT, Claude or similar models on a routine basis to improve productivity. Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Experience with agentic architectures or GenAI platforms. u2022 Background in healthcare or digital health systems. u2022 Understanding of EHR systems and RCM workflows. u2022 Familiarity with healthcare coding standards (ICD/CPT). Responsibilities As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures.
