Job Description: Marketing Communications Coordinator The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be an integral member of the corporate marketing and communications team and will work closely with communications, digital marketing, and business team members. This role supports hands-on execution of marketing communications and digital marketing programs, with opportunities to support onsite, corporate, and additional business teams as required. Shift: 7:00A-3:30P Hourly: 28.50-38.50 Responsibilities: u2022 u00b7 Support marketing communications plans for Automotive and Commercial Equipment businesses u2022 u00b7 Support execution of digital marketing programs across marketing automation, paid media, and SEO u2022 u00b7 Build, update, and maintain landing pages, forms, and basic segmentation in Pardot using established templates and documented processes u2022 u00b7 Perform QA checks for campaigns and assets, including links, forms, tracking, and routing u2022 u00b7 Support email sends, nurture programs, and basic performance reporting u2022 u00b7 Assist with day today maintenance of paid search and video campaigns, including keyword updates, ad copy changes, and campaign QA u2022 u00b7 Monitor performance dashboards and flag trends or issues for review u2022 u00b7 Maintain lead and opportunity tracking lists to support reporting u2022 u00b7 Lead ongoing SEMrush maintenance and reporting u2022 u00b7 Support continuous website content updates based on predefined SEO recommendations u2022 u00b7 Audit existing content, track optimization status, and implement metadata and on page updates in collaboration with the web team u2022 u00b7 Follow SEO and GEO/AEO best practices u2022 u00b7 Support content strategy and development by working with product experts, communications partners, and graphic designers for websites, email, and social media u2022 u00b7 Help maintain the marketing communications plan and content calendar u2022 u00b7 Assist with development and updates of marketing collateral u2022 u00b7 Assist with customer marketing campaigns and event planning activities u2022 u00b7 Monitor and track delivery and impact of marketing and communications campaigns u2022 u00b7 Oversee, track, and report on regional marketing communications budget spend u2022 u00b7 Provide cross functional coordination of marketing communications deliverables for specific projects and corporate initiatives Experience / Qualifications u2022 A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. u2022 Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands u2022 Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation u2022 Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results u2022 Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity u2022 Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) u2022 Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
