Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: + Serves as confidential assistant to the OBH Deputy Assistant Secretary; + Maintains the DAS' calendar, makes tentative appointments based on knowledge of schedule and activities; + Reminds staff of appointments, and others items that may arise requiring DAS' attention; + Tracks and monitors reports, assignments and correspondence received; + Coordinates telephone conference calls, conference meetings and/or workshops chaired by the Deputy Assistant Secretary and/or higher staff; + Ensures assigned primary, secondary, and unit manager time administrator duties are performed in accordance with applicable procedures and policies; + Prepares travel documents and authorizations or travel expense accounts, makes travel arrangements with hotel, travel agency, car rental agencies and interprets travel regulations; + Screens Deputy Assistant Secretary calls for nature of importance and priority level.
