Inside Sales/ Customer Service

Adecco is hiring for a temp-to-hir e Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative in Lancaster PA working 8am -5pm Monday - Friday. Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction. Job Duties: + Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries + Assist customers with product selection, orders, and special requests + Prepare and follow up on quotes, including non-stock items + Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication + Support Field Sales Representatives with orders and account needs + Handle counter sales, payments, and credit card transactions + Attend team meetings and training sessions What Weu2019re Looking For: + High school diploma required + Customer service or inside sales experience preferred + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new systems + Experience in building materials, cabinetry, or woodworking is a plus + Availability for occasional overtime Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
