What You'll Do: Provide strategic leadership for all food service operations, including patient dining and retail servicesLead, mentor, and develop a team including:Operations ManagerPatient Services ManagerExecutive Chef50+ union frontline employeesDrive exceptional resident satisfaction through quality food, service, and hospitalityEnsure compliance with regulatory standards (DOH, Joint Commission, HACCP)Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlsPartner closely with client leadership to deliver on program objectives and continuous improvement initiativesFoster a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
