We’re looking for techs who can think, diagnose, and execute—not just follow flowcharts.Whether you’re a seasoned Master Technician or a highly skilled tech ready to level up, this role offers long‑term career stability, manufacturer support, and the opportunity to grow as your skills and certifications grow. If you’re tired of being capped, underpaid, or under‑supported, this is your chance to work with a group that values technical skill and experience.If you can fix it bumper‑to‑bumper and want to be taken seriously as a technician, this role is for youDiagnose and repair complex automotive systems including engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, HVAC, suspension, and braking systemsPerform advanced diagnostics using professional scan tools and testing equipmentIndependently manage assigned bay(s), repair orders, and workflowAccurately document diagnostics, repair recommendations, and completed workCollaborate with service advisors to explain repair needs and timelinesMaintain productivity and quality in a flat‑rate or performance‑based environmentAdhere to shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experienceProven ability to run your own bay independentlyStrong diagnostic skills with minimal supervisionSolid understanding of:Electrical systemsEngine and drivability diagnosticsSuspension, steering, brake, and HVAC systemsExperience performing major repairs in an OEM dealership settingOwn professional‑grade tools required for main line technician workValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordMaster Technicians and advanced diagnostic techs are strongly encouraged to applyPay, Compensation & Benefits:$40+ per flat hour for experienced Main Line Technicians$50+ per flat hour for Master‑Level TechniciansPay is based on experience, skill level, certifications, and performanceCertification‑based pay increases as you progress in your careerHigh‑volume dealerships providing consistent workflowEarnings and flag hours may vary based on productivity, experience, and business needs.
