FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for your assigned CSOSA office — greeting and directing visitors, managing calls and messages, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties, all while ensuring the office operates smoothly and presents a professional image.FWI is expanding rapidly and has been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Top Workplace by the Washington Post, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.Work Schedule and Location:On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Washington, DC.Greet visitors, determine the nature of visits, and direct visitors to appropriate personsRecord and transmit messagesKeep records of calls placedProvide information to callers and visitorsMake appointmentsKeep a log of visitors and issue visitor passesPerform other routine clerical workRequired:High school diplomaMinimum 2 years of relevant experienceAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearanceAt FWI, we place the highest importance on creating an exceptional employee experience.
