Salary- $23-$25/hour Shift- Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST - Pacific Standard Time You must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position. Please only apply if you can demonstrate experience in the following: Have at least 1 year of current Resource Assignment Analysis experience Have at least 1 year experience of scheduling reporters and transcribers for legal proceedings. Are available to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. This is a remote position. You will only be considered if you meet the above criteria. Whatu2019s a typical day as a Resource Assignment Analyst? Youu2019ll be : u2022 Reviewing, editing, and maintaining the job calendar daily to ensure accuracy and coverage. u2022 Coordinating and assigning interpreters based on client needs, availability, and requirements. u2022 Partnering with internal teams to understand service requests and align on priorities. u2022 Communicating with clients and external resources via phone and email in a professional, timely manner. u2022 Monitoring incoming requests and responding quickly to last-minute changes or cancellations. u2022 Collaborating with the Scheduling Team to ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time. u2022 Supporting special projects and additional tasks as needed. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: u2022 Have current or prior experience as a Resource Assignment Analyst (RAA) (required). u2022 Possess strong administrative and customer service experience. u2022 Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Demonstrate a high level of organization with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. u2022 Are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
