Description We are looking for a Software Developer to join a manufacturing organization in Mentor, Ohio and contribute to the design, development, and support of business-critical web applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions with modern Microsoft technologies while collaborating with users across a variety of functional areas. The successful candidate will bring strong technical judgment, clear communication skills, and the ability to adapt effectively in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET technologies. u2022 Build responsive user interfaces with Angular, JavaScript, and related front-end tools to improve usability and performance. u2022 Create and support web services and API integrations that connect internal and customer-facing systems. u2022 Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures to support application functionality, reporting, and data integrity. u2022 Partner with stakeholders from different business areas to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver practical software solutions. u2022 Contribute to eCommerce-related development efforts, including support for platform integrations and user experience improvements. u2022 Evaluate, test, and apply additional web frameworks or development tools when they add value to project goals. u2022 Manage multiple assignments in a changing environment while maintaining code quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Requirements u2022 Hands-on experience developing applications with C# and the .NET Framework. u2022 Proficiency in ASP.NET and web application development within a Microsoft technology stack. u2022 Experience with Angular, JavaScript, and common front-end development practices. u2022 Strong working knowledge of SQL, including query writing and stored procedure development. u2022 Familiarity with web services, APIs, and system integration concepts. u2022 Exposure to eCommerce platforms such as Insite eCommerce is preferred. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a broad range of users. u2022 Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort managing shifting priorities in a dynamic setting.
