ERP Project Manager

Description We are looking for an ERP Project Manager to guide enterprise-wide process design and ERP-related initiatives for a Long-term Contract position in Hartselle, Alabama. This role will partner with business and corporate stakeholders to improve operational consistency, strengthen process governance, and support successful adoption of standardized ways of working. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, process analysis expertise, and the ability to translate complex workflows into practical, scalable solutions across multiple teams. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead enterprise-level ERP initiatives by coordinating process design, implementation planning, and rollout activities across functional areas u2022 Analyze existing workflows to uncover inconsistencies, operational bottlenecks, and potential compliance concerns, then document findings clearly u2022 Create and promote standardized procedures for key business activities, ensuring expectations are measurable, well-defined, and aligned to specific roles u2022 Partner with corporate groups and business unit leaders to align operating practices, improve coordination, and reduce process fragmentation u2022 Oversee deployment of new or improved processes, including user readiness efforts, communication planning, and change adoption support u2022 Drive ongoing process optimization by identifying enhancement opportunities and communicating recommended improvements to stakeholders u2022 Maintain a framework for enterprise knowledge sharing that captures best practices, lessons learned, and process compliance insights u2022 Develop and deliver training materials and learning sessions that build employee understanding and consistent execution of standard processes Requirements u2022 Experience leading ERP implementation or enhancement projects, with exposure to platforms such as NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred u2022 Ability to learn new business processes quickly and apply that understanding to project execution and process design u2022 Knowledge of shared services environments and how cross-functional business operations interact within them u2022 Strong analytical, process documentation, and workflow mapping skills u2022 Background in process improvement and standardization initiatives across multiple teams or business units u2022 Proficiency with workflow and presentation tools such as Visio and PowerPoint u2022 Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex process concepts to varied audiences and leadership teams u2022 Demonstrated leadership and project management capability, with close attention to quality and detail Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
