As a Corporate Banking Executive-Consumer & Retail Coverage - Global Corporate Banking, Managing Director within the Consumer & Retail Group, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with large public and private Consumer & Retail companies with global operations. You will help our clients solve complex business challenges and achieve their objectives with customized financing solutions, risk management, working capital, cash management, and investments. You will also be required to initiate and maintain strategic dialogue with Technology clients and prospects to generate corporate finance, treasury services, and credit opportunities. Specific responsibilities and required skills are listed below. Job responsibilities u2022 Initiate and maintain strategic dialogue with Consumer & Retail clients and prospects to generate corporate finance, treasury services and credit opportunities u2022 Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs and deliver concrete financial solutions u2022 Manage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary corporate banking representative u2022 Partner closely with Investment Banking coverage and product partners, and coordinate the sales and service efforts of partners across the firm u2022 Collaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis, structuring, negotiation, and documentation of credit requests u2022 Drive account planning process for clients and prospects, with a particular focus on the use of credit capital and balancing firm wide priorities u2022 Strictly comply with all regulatory and JMPC rules, policies, and procedures Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills u2022 Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate banking or investment banking; u2022 Strong leadership abilities in business development and transaction execution u2022 Solid corporate finance, credit, and problem-solving skills u2022 Excellent oral and written communications u2022 Knowledge of credit, corporate finance, treasury, investment banking, and other banking products u2022 Completion of a recognized bank credit training or investment banking training program u2022 Possess (or obtain within three months of hire) FINRA Series 79, 63 and 24 securities licenses Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills u2022 Experience working with Retail & Consumer companies u2022 Self-motivated, dependable and intelligent u2022 Excellent reviews and referrals from current manager, peers and clients u2022 Candidate must be a top individual contributor, with a strong performance track record JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
