If this is you, We want YOU to join our Team.Qualifications - STNA's, CNA's and DSP's are expected to:- Assist clients with daily living activities (ADL's) including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.- Meal preparation.- Monitor and document patient conditions and any changes in health status.- Assist with and ensure safe ambulation and transferring.- Provide companionship to clients to promote mental well-being.- Engage the clients.- Medication Reminders.- Light Housekeeping.- Support clients with dementia related behaviors, sometimes difficult during daily engagement.- Document Care Provided to keep families in the know.- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy.- Dress in Scrubs AT ALL SHIFTS (non-negotiable).- No personal cell phone use during shifts (non-negotiable).Requirements:- MUST HAVE a valid Active State of Ohio STNA/CNA/DSP License.- MUST be able to provide Male and Female Personal Hygiene Care.- Proficient with care plans and activities of daily living (ADLs).- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.- Knowledge of Alzheimer's care and memory care techniques.- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently when assisting clients.- A compassionate attitude towards providing care for individuals in need is crucial.- Must have Reliable transportation.- Must pass a background check.- Must pass a drug test.Additional Benefits:Supportive Management TeamCompetitive PayFlexible but Consistent Schedules with Online Access 24/7[]{style=
