Senior Collections Specialist

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing.Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-established, international law firm to identify a Senior Collections Specialist to support its U.S. operations. This is a newly created role due to evolving operational needs and will focus heavily on proactive collections in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.The role will report directly to the Director of Revenue and will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple practice areas.Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of client collections for U.S.-based matters, with a primary focus on the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions Partner closely with billing teams and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances efficiently and professionally Review, monitor, and analyze aged receivables; take appropriate follow-up action to ensure timely payment Communicate directly with internal partners and external clients regarding payment status, invoice issues, and resolution strategies Utilize the firm's financial systems to track collections activity and maintain accurate documentation Support ongoing improvements to collections processes as the team continues to evolveRequired Qualifications Minimum 5 years of collections experience within a law firm environment Hands-on experience with Aderant Strong understanding of law firm billing and collections workflows Ability to manage a high volume of accounts with professionalism and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fully remote environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience working in large or highly sophisticated law firm environments Exposure to Elite 3E Experience supporting multiple practice groups or regionsBeacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.If you would like to complete our voluntary self-identification form, please click here or copy and paste the following link into an open window in your browser: of this form is voluntary and will not affect your opportunity for employment, or the terms or conditions of your employment.
