Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Commissioning Coordinator or OFCI Coordinator to support large-scale, mission-critical projects, primarily data centers. This role is at the intersection of construction, commissioning, and facility operations, focusing on managing equipment, coordinating system turnover, and supporting the technical closeout of complex projects. This opportunity is ideal for someone with MEP or commissioning experience who enjoys both field exposure and structured, systems-driven coordination work. Candidates will split their time equally between remote work and on-site duties. Work Environment: This role is fully remote with some travel. This company supports large-scale data center projects with a focus on low voltage/OFCI equipment scopes. This role involves a mix of remote coordination work and project/team collaboration. The environment is highly process-driven and systems-focused, offering exposure to both documentation and field coordination. Responsibilities + Manage equipment and coordinate system turnover + Support technical closeout of complex projects + Engage in field exposure and structured, systems-driven coordination work + Collaborate across field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project success + Document and organize project details effectively Essential Skills + 5u20138+ years of experience in MEP coordination, commissioning, facilities, or system startup + Background in electrical, mechanical, or building systems engineering (degree preferred but flexible depending on experience) + Hands-on exposure to commissioning or system startup, submittals, RFIs, and drawing/spec reviews + Experience with equipment tracking, turnover, or project closeout + Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, low voltage, controls) + Knowledge of ASHRAE standards is a plus + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with data centers or mission-critical environments + Exposure to low voltage systems, fiber, security, BMS, or networking + Comfortable managing equipment lists (MEL), O&M manuals, and training coordination + Familiarity with CMMS/asset management systems + Strong documentation and organizational skills Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
