A career booster opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to lead and partner with our success as part of Process Automation (PA) Business group. As a Senior HR Manager , you will report to the Senior HR Director, PA , and you will work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this exciting opportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the PA global leaders. An experienced HR leader whodevelops and owns HR strategy for the business encompassing multiple geographies, you will partner closely with Global leaders to develop HR strategy to fuel business growth as well as focusing towards building business capabilities to pivot towards growth & productivity. The HR Leader will actively engage in and lead Business transformation, organization effectiveness and productivity improvement measures for business agility, organizational development & talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth. Yourfocus will be to help the business become a customer centric organization and achieve its strategic growth objectives through resource realignment and top grading the talent. Working cohesively with Regional HR Leaders, you will lead strategizing and executing key business imperatives for the client group.
