Maintenance Technician

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills to support our growing operation on 1st shift. In this hands-on role, youu2019ll keep our state-of-the-art equipment running at peak efficiency and help shape a world-class maintenance culture from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility equipment. + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues (motors, conveyors, sensors, PLCu2019s, pumps, etc.). + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts inventory. + Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement process improvements. + Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications: + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required. + Proven electrical troubleshooting and repair skills. + Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, etc.). + Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems a plus. + Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as a team. + High school diploma or equivalent (technical school or certifications a plus).
