Job Description As a Power Systems Integration Engineer (HV), you will be responsible for complete end to end integration of high voltage systems and charge systems, including associated conversion, distribution, load management, mode management, and charge interoperability. You will be the siteu2019s local contact for all things related to HV power systems and control, including bench, buck, and vehicle bring-up and feature testing. You will also support complementary Low Voltage (LV) Power Systems Integration. You will support design reviews, capture all lessons learned, and provide recursive feedback on functional/physical architectures to drive us toward an optimized product. What youu2019ll be able to do: u2022u2003Support integration efforts for various HV electrical power system components, such as body controllers, power distribution controllers, power conversion controllers, and charge controllers. u2022u2003Develop the power, charge, and mode management vehicle features, working with hardware, software, systems, and safety, to deliver features and uncover requirement / verification gaps. u2022u2003Lead the HV power system bring-up activities on all buck / vehicle builds, becoming the point person for the program in these domains u2022u2003Root cause LV power system issues, including communication and performance bugs u2022u2003Support manufacturing integration as it relates to power systems, charge, and mode management u2022u2003Design test-cases and verification of system level functions on multiple test assets (benches, lab cars and vehicles). u2022u2003Lead incremental and complete feature integration, reporting progress, creating bug tickets, referencing requirements as needed, and prioritizing efforts across vehicle fleet We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
