Wemaintain a fine lineup of world-class products, and even moreimportantly, a strong team of world-class people.Position Summary:The Marketing Specialist is an active, hands-on role responsible forplanning, executing, and reporting on live events and activations. Thisposition is not limited to office work you will be out in the field,actively involved in event management, supporting on-site execution, andanalyzing event performance. You will ensure that each event oractivation aligns with the company's marketing objectives and brandguidelines. Follow the linkbelow:Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Lead event planning and execution: You will be at the forefront of theon-site management of promotional events across Arizona, from largefestivals to smaller, intimate brand activations.On-the-ground event coordination: Actively participate in executingactivations, coordinating logistics, managing teams of volunteers ormarketing representatives, and ensuring seamless event operations.Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic event plans and alignthem with the company's marketing goals.Event performance analysis: Collect and analyze data from events totrack engagement, ROI, and other relevant performance metrics. Sharefindings with leadership to continuously improve future events.Budget management: Oversee and manage event budgets, ensuring thatresources are allocated effectively to maximize the success of eachevent or activation.Event promotion and sampling: Develop and manage on/off-premiseprogramming for key events, including product samplings, promotions, andbrand activations.Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with internalteams, external vendors, promoters, and event stakeholders to drivesuccessful partnerships.Ensure brand consistency: Ensure all events adhere to brand guidelinesand marketing standards.Flexibility and adaptability: Be ready to work during evenings andweekends to oversee event activation, especially during peak seasons.Provide detailed event reports: After each event, compile acomprehensive event recap with performance metrics, insights, andrecommendations for improvement.Required Skills and Experience:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.At least 21 years of age.Prior experience in event coordination, promotions, or live activationsis preferred.Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and ensure timely,high-quality execution.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly infast-paced environments.Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with the abilityto occasionally lift up to 165 pounds.This is not just an office job: You will be required to activelyparticipate in events and activations across Arizona, working both inoffice and on-site at various venues such as outdoor festivals,concerts, golf tournaments, and more.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.Preferred Skills and Experience:Fluency in Spanish (read, write, and speak) is a plus.Experience in the beverage industry is beneficial but not required.Hensley Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plus EAP, 01K, TuitionReimbursementPTO - Paid time offSafe Ride Home- Cab ride or UBER reimbursement
