Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) is responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring all deliverables meet contract quality standards and performance thresholds. Responsibilities + Oversee development and execution of the Quality Control Plan (QCP) + Monitor contractor performance against quality standards + Track and analyze quality metrics and performance trends + Identify risks and recommend corrective actions + Support continuous improvement initiatives + Coordinate with PM and DPM to address deficiencies + Prepare quality performance reports and summaries + Ensure compliance with QA requirements and surveillance methods + Support deficiency identification and correction processes + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + Bachelors degree OR three (3) years of relevant experience + Experience in quality management or quality assurance programs + Experience implementing Quality Control Plans (QCPs) + Strong analytical and data interpretation skills _Preferred Qualifications:_ + Experience supporting government contracts + Experience with QA metrics tracking and reporting systems _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Quality performance analysis and reporting + Trend identification and risk mitigation + Attention to detail and compliance oversight + Strong written and verbal communication + Ability to lead quality improvement initiatives Estimated Salary/Wage USD $110,000.00/Yr.
