This role actively contributes to standard operating procedures, hazard assessments, safety programs, and environmental protection initiatives. Given the high level of customer interaction, strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service are essential.The 13-Mile Facility is a fast paced and exciting facility to learn and GROW in. The successful candidate must also display a strong ability to work and communicate within a team environment.This position is a 12-hour shift with 7 days on and 7 days off, alternating between days and nights located at our 13-Mile Water Disposal Facility.The starting wage for this role is $28.15+Plant safety (i.e. ensuring that each operation is following SOP’s and safety work procedures, SWP permitting, Hazard Assessments and iTrak items are entered in a timely manner)Responsible for truck unloading, oil emulsion and water & vac trucks (paper trail)Managing ongoing water injection, filter changing and pump maintenanceConducting boiler operations, testing and steam system operationsConducting daily, weekly and monthly plant checksPerforming general cleaning duties throughout the dayA High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or equivalentA valid and acceptable Driver’s license and successful completion of Pre-employment testingValid and current safety tickets, including; H2S Alive, First Aid Level One C, Confined Space Entry, WHMIS and TDGA strong attention to detail, communication skills and a profound ability to work long hours in a mentally and physically demanding work environmentProven ability to work well under a frequent amount of supervisionMust demonstrate excellent customer service skillsAt SECURE, we prioritize growth and improvement for our employees, customers, partners, and communities.
