Summary: The Site Lead is responsible for overseeing daily mailroom and facilities operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met. This role serves as the primary on-site point of contact, coordinating team activities, managing resources, and maintaining communication between staff, clients, and leadership. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee and manage day-to-day Mailroom and facilities operations to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule + Supervise, train, and support team members; provide ongoing guidance and performance feedback + Act as the primary point of contact for on-site client stakeholders and internal leadership + Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards + Coordinate staffing, workflows, and resources to meet operational needs and service level expectations + Monitor daily productivity and quality; identify and address performance gaps or process improvements + Proactively resolve operational issues, delays, or service disruptions + Conduct regular floor walks, site inspections, and operational audits to ensure standards are maintained + Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Manager and Facilities team regarding site performance and needs + Support reporting, metrics tracking, and documentation as required + Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of all equipment and materials + Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment + Required to support sister (Mcgregor) site using personal or public transport with the above responsibilities. Qualifications: u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferredu2022 2u20135+ years of experience in mailroom, facilities, operations, or site coordination rolesu2022 Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a teamu2022 Strong understanding of mailroom operations, shipping/receiving processes, and general facilities support servicesu2022 Proven ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentu2022 Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsu2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and leadershipu2022 Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersu2022 Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirementsu2022 Ability to monitor performance metrics and implement process improvementsu2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with tracking or ticketing systemsu2022 Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and maintain accurate documentationu2022 Comfortable working independently and taking initiative with minimal supervisionu2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and service excellenceu2022 Ability to lift and move packages, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed
