CDM Smith is seeking an IT Business Analyst with Oracle EBS experience to join our Corporate Business Technology team. This pivotal role will ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our Oracle EBS Financials Suite. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle EBS Financials Suite. Experience with Oracle Fusion is highly desirable. As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with the database infrastructure and accounting teams to plan, schedule, and apply Oracle patches and upgrades. You will also roadmap Oracle test/development instance cloning to optimize development cycles and production support. This position involves developing business processes and workflows, engaging in application design, configuration, testing, and implementation. u2022 Designs, develops, and implements basic to moderately complex IT architecture projects. Executes project tasks against an established project schedule, and reviews ongoing project status with IT management identifying unexpected key events. Maintains client relationships. u2022 Under general supervision, performs basic to moderately complex business analysis, process mapping, and/or develops work products/artifacts under moderate supervision. u2022 Performs requirements gathering, system design, prototyping, system integration testing, system installation, and deployment of business system(s). u2022 Assists the development team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between Oracle and third party/custom solutions. u2022 Consults with other IT groups, provides business system knowledge and expertise as required. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Highly preferred experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Finance Modules: Projects Costing, Projects Billing, Payables, Receivables, OTL. u2022 Experience with integrating Oracle Patch Coordination is a plus. u2022 Experience with working in an AEC firm is a plus. u2022 Knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws as they relate to Finance policies and processes. Including, but not limited to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). u2022 Experience using Oracle reporting tools such as APEX, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, or other data analytics tools. Pay Range Minimum: $71,469 Pay Range Maximum: $117,915 Additional Compensation: All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
