Job Description We are seeking a highly organized Account Manager who functions as a Project Manager/ Coordinator supporting multiple projects at any given time for a marketing team for one of our top banking clients. This is a hybrid role and requires 3x/week on site Chicago. This role is responsible for overseeing a high volume of fast turnaround projects, coordinating across internal marketing, creative, and development teams, and ensuring work moves through defined processes efficiently and accurately. This role is less about traditional budget ownership and more about operational excellence, translation between teams, and process discipline. Success in this role is driven by the ability to manage complexity, prioritize constantly shifting workstreams, and act as the connective tissue between marketers, developers, and production teams.
