Relocation assistance is provided.What Will you DoProvide comprehensive support for employee benefits programs, including life, health, dental, disability insurances, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, and employee assistance, as neededAdminister the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employeesManage the maintenance and processing of personnel data, records, and reports, ensuring all appropriate paperwork is completed accurately and promptlyMaintain and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for efficient data management and reportingPrepare and complete reports on key HR metrics, including attendance statistics, turnover ratios, and hire, termination, and transfer dataOversee time and attendance records within the timekeeping system to ensure accurate tracking and reportingRecruit, screen, and interview candidates for vacant positions, and coordinate new hire orientation programsEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as applicable employment laws to mitigate riskAdminister employee leave programs, providing support and guidance throughout the processProcess invoices related to HR functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial trackingManage the administration of safety credentials, ensuring all required certifications are up to dateServe as the primary backup for payroll processing to ensure continuity and accuracyOversee the Employee Relations program, fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concernsConduct ad hoc reporting as required by management to support HR initiativesPerform additional duties as assigned by management to meet departmental goals and objectivesWhat You Will NeedBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredA minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, demonstrating progressive responsibilityFluent in both Spanish and English, with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both languagesPHR or SHRM-CP certification is nice to haveProficient in HRIS and Payroll systems (UKG, Kronos, BambooHR, and Workday)In-depth knowledge of E-Verify, FMLA, ADAAA, and relevant state and federal employment lawsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reportingStrong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and systemsAt least 2 years of payroll administration experience, ensuring accurate processing and complianceExcellent decision-making, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding project management, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsFamiliarity with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresAbility to multitask, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlinesExceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactionsCommitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of client, company, and personnel informationUnderstanding of labor relations and related HR practicesJoin ERMCO and TRANSFORM your career!US-WI-Bristol
