About the Role: As a CBRE Workplace Experience Manager, you will be a key leader within the Workplace Experience function, responsible for overseeing employees who deliver world-class workplace experience services to clients and visitors within a designated building or campus. This includes managing services such as Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and various administrative office duties across up to five corporate office sites. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to a thriving workplace environment. What Youu2019ll Do: + Provide formal supervision, coaching, and development to a team of Workplace Experience professionals, including conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruiting and hiring processes. + Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the team, establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and facilitating cross-training to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery. + Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and associates, negotiating to resolve conflicting priorities and foster collaborative environments. + Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in developing strategic solutions to enhance the efficiency and consistency of team support. + Assess technological and training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients, ensuring the team is equipped to meet evolving demands. + Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards for employees, clients, and vendors. + Develop and manage vendor partnerships, focusing on cost-saving efforts, negotiating contract services, and ensuring all vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation. + Oversee programs delivered by third-party vendors, such as food delivery, event organization, transportation, or mail distribution, and ensure accurate invoicing for business services. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. + Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. Required Qualifications + 3+ years of experience in people/team management. + 3+ years of experience in the Hospitality sector. + Proven Operations experience. + Strong background in managing multiple tasks and projects. + Demonstrated ability to manage employees and foster team development. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Preferred Qualifications + Facilities Management experience. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $118,000 annually [or $56.73 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
