About the Role The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services forour aerospace industrial and logistics client account to help achieve thecompany's strategic business objectives. Construction projects consist of MEPinfrastructure and tenant fit-outs for multiuse facilities includingmanufacturing, warehouse, and R&D. This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion. This role offers a hybrid schedule onsite in Clearwater, FL andmay require up to 25% instate travel to neighboring client facilities. What Youu2019ll Do Manage all areas of projectmanagement for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design,construction, occupancy, and closeout. Work directly with clients toprepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, projectdelivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule& milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Define the project deliveryresources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualificationprocess. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, andrecommend resources to clients. Facilitate the development ofa charter and integrated timeline. Ensure all functions remain onschedule and issues get resolved or escalated. Facilitate regular meetings toreview project status for active and pending projects. Collaborate to developsolutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion. Apply advanced knowledge toseek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual anddepartment objectives. Showcase expertise in own jobdiscipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within theorganization function. Coach others to developin-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service,Excellence) values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others,often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point ofview. Impact the achievement ofcustomer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-disciplineteams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design ofprocedures and policies. Contribute to new products,processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achievingfunctional goals. Communicate difficult andcomplex ideas with the ability to influence. What Youu2019ll Need Applicants must be currentlyauthorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorshipnow or in the future + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. + Construction management experience within a multiuse I&L commercial facility is desirable. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). MS Project, Kahua, or similar project management software experience required.
