Job Description Develop and maintain fully integrated Primavera P6 schedules covering all phases of data center construction, from early works through commissioning and turnover Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners to ensure schedules accurately reflect field execution plans Perform critical path, float, and impact analysis and clearly communicate schedule risks and recovery strategies Lead schedule updates and progress reviews, incorporating actuals, forecasts, and approved changes Analyze delays, sequence changes, and scope impacts; support time impact analyses (TIAs) and change order documentation Support pull planning, milestone tracking, and looku2011ahead schedules aligned to master P6 schedules Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements and owner reporting standards Prepare professional, clientu2011facing schedule narratives, dashboards, and progress reports We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
