Inspection Sales Representative

About Us We are a full service fire sprinkler contractor that offers layout, design, fabrication, and installation for nearly every type of wet and dry sprinkler system, as well as a full range of specialty systems. Additionally, we also design and install fire pumps, standpipes, and fire water storage tanks, and perform various types of fire-related inspections. Job Summary Dalmatian Fireis seeking an Inspection Salesperson. This position is responsible for working with the Service/Inspection team to sell service agreements, preventative maintenance, and a variety of additional required inspections. #dalfire #LI-TS #LI-onsite Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Generate sales of new Inspection Agreements and other services using identifying, prospecting, qualifying and other sales techniques. Grow customer base. + Build and maintain customer relations + Pursue potential clients through existing customer data bases + Prepare written quotes and contracts for inspection services + Work with Design team to transition from new construction of properties through the warranty period to the maintenance and inspection process + Coordinate and price all deficiencies on current inspections + Perform audits on inspections + Lead transition of inspection reporting software + Follow-up with customers in a timely manner to ensure sale is captured + Assist the customer over the phone in emergency situations + Perform other duties as directed.
