Cherry Picker Forklift Operator Location: La Vergne, TN Schedule: Mondayu2013Thursday, 4:55 AM u2013 3:25 PM Pay Rate: $18.74/hr Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to join the warehouse team at Hot Topic distribution center in La Vergne. This role is responsible for operating a stock picker (cherry picker forklift) to safely and efficiently pick, move, and stage merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: + Operate a cherry picker (stock picker) forklift to retrieve and store products in high rack locations + Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently + Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels + Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols at all times + Work at elevated heights safely and confidently + Assist with general warehouse duties as needed + Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues Required Skills & Qualifications: + Previous experience operating a cherry picker or similar forklift equipment preferred + Must be comfortable working at heights (high rack picking) + Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures + Ability to lift and move materials as required Physical Requirements: + Standing, walking, and lifting for long periods + Working at elevated heights on a daily basis + Ability to lift moderate to heavy items as needed Why This Role: + Stable full-time schedule (4-day work week) + Opportunity to work in a major distribution center + Safe, structured, and team-oriented environment Apply Now As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
