This position serves as a subject matter expert for the Department of Stateu2019s computer system (CARS) for vehicle functionality. The incumbent of this position will have a vast knowledge and understanding of CARS vehicle functionality and will use that expertise in the role of liaison between the CARS production support team, MDOS business areas and other agencies. This position will advise the Division director on CARS related vehicle topics, and provide recommendations for improvements on functionality, data security, and record integrity. This position will also develop and analyze vehicle related data statistics and other analytics for the Office director, executive staff and other agencies as required.
