This is a Bilingual-Friendly environment with NO language barrier. We are seeking operators who are comfortable with a mix of equipment operation and manual labor.Key Responsibilities:Equipment Operation: Must be proficient in operating a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) and/or a Sit-Down Forklift.Heavy Lifting: This is a physical role. You will be handling large, heavy medical supplies and equipment.Manual Palletizing: You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, ensuring heavy items are stacked safely on the bottom and lighter items on ventory Accuracy: Precise picking and scanning of medical products for outbound shipments.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSPhysical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the shift.Strict Attendance: This facility has a zero-tolerance approach to unreliability.
