CNC/SetUp Operator - 1st and 2nd shifts

Job Description: Location: Franklin, New Hampshire CoWorx Staffing has CNC Machinist Opportunities in Franklin, NH! Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Operate CNC equipment including lathes and milling machines Set up and operate CNC lathes and secondary machines to meet production targets Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment Perform machining tasks as directed by the Supervisor Complete first-piece inspections and submit to Quality Control Maintain production records and assist operators with paperwork Train machine operators on operation, inspection, and preventative maintenance Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards Desired Background/Skills: Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED CNC experience required (setup and/or programming preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and other precision measuring tools Strong math skills Understanding of applicable safety practices and regulations Must successfully complete background check and pre-employment testing Preferred Skills: Prior experience setting up and operating CNC lathes Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to train and mentor operators Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
