Senior Billing Specialist

Job Description CONFIDENTIAL A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join a midsized law firm in a full-time, onsite role. This individual will support a high-volume billing environment and play a key role in maintaining accurate, timely billing processes. Key Responsibilities: u2003u00b7 Manage monthly billing cycle for ~700 invoices, including a hard close at month-end u2003u00b7 Handle both electronic (60%) and paper (40%) legal billing, including resolving rejections u2003u00b7 Partner with attorneys and internal teams to ensure compliance with firm-specific billing guidelines u2003u00b7 Support AP/AR functions and assist with collections u2003u00b7 Utilize legal billing software (LawTime or similar all-in-one system) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
