Job Description Zone Manager u2013 DRP Implementation ( North Central Region and Northeast Region) The Zone Manager u2013 DRP Implementation primary responsibility is to coach and train the DRP Implementation Managers on GMu2019s Digital Retail Platform strategy, process and platform while also directly supervising the teams located in North Central and Northeast regions. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director u2013 DRP Implementation, the Zone Manager u2013 DRP Implementation is responsible for the following tasks: + Develop team capability in GMu2019s Digital Retail Platform strategy, process, and platform. + Coach and train DRP Implementation Managers to strengthen platform knowledge, improve implementation efficiency, and drive adoption of best practices. + Lead day-to-day team management, including direct supervision of DRP Implementation Managers across multiple SSM regions. + Establish,monitor, and improve team KPIs to measure DRP implementation success and overall team performance. + Provide insightsintothe team on DRPutilizationand dealer activities. + Build consistency across regions by standardizing implementation processes, playbooks, and performance expectations. + Provide feedback and insightsintoDRP Directors, DivisionalLeadershipand GM Sr. Leaders onDRP Implementation. + Assistin the management of various external partners who contribute to the ongoing construction and support of the DRP andDRP Implementation. + Inform dealers and divisional field personnel of DRP Implementation progress and key areas such as training. + Facilitating Field and Regional Office employeeDRPimmersions and updates + Sharing Best Practices + Participate in periodic market and dealership visits with divisional Field Teamsto create engagement in Digital Retailing and DRP. Qualifications: + Academic (Degree u2013 Bachelors) Required + 5+ years of sales & service experience (multi-discipline, field, corporate) + Experience managing cross channel programs + Experience interfacing with automotive dealers + Customer Experience focused initiatives + Reporting,dataand analytics + Thorough knowledge in the operation and implementation ofDigitalRetailingTools(required)(DRP,Roadster,Gubagoou2026etc.) + Knowledgeable of / experience working in the Retail Innovation space + Project management experience (preference) + Training in education field (required) + Some travelrequired #LI-HM1 _Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only.
